CETCO's LIQUID BOOT systems have been applied to more applications than any other spray applied membrane for over 30 years. The Liquid Boot system is installed beneath the slab and below vertical walls to prevent vapor (volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or methane) intrusion into buildings. 

All LIQUID BOOT systems are inert spray-applied, water-based products which contain no VOCs. When cured they form a continuous self-healing membrane with superior chemical resistance properties. The membrane seals all vapor intrusion pathways, preventing contaminated soil vapors from entering the building.
